Hi, I’m Chris Tiley


I am a physiotherapist with over 14 years experience. This gives me a good understanding of the injuries that you might be worried about sustaining. More importantly, I know how beneficial resistance training is in the treatment of existing injuries. 

I’m passionate about introducing strength training to those who never thought that they would be able to do it.

I love seeing the results that they achieve, seeing their confidence grow and seeing how much it brings back to their everyday lives.

I started Never Too Old to Lift with the hope of sharing this passion and helping inspire more people.
